Busy Bee Needs to Rest

Oh lord, today was quite a busy day for me. Woke up around 9:30 (that's the first time I've been able to sleep in for the past two weeks) well I woke up at 9:30 and tidied up my house a bit, had a shower, and got ready for work. At work, I rearranged the tables and chairs in our meeting room, hauled boxes outside to be taken for recycling, cleaned, and did tedious bookwork. Needless to say, I am looking forward to a nice glass of wine and watching a few episodes of Sons of Anarchy.

BUT, my friend -who will remain nameless- decided to throw a party tonight. Dude, it's Monday, nobody will have the energy to party. He's always doing things like this; he never checks to see if people are working or busy in advance, he just plans. And yet he become all whiny and pissed off when people say they can't make it and he has to cancel. Uh.. if you thought things through, you wouldn't be having this problem. But then again, he is younger than me and quite immature... so I expect this sort of behaviour from him.

Well I am definitely looking forward to my day off tomorrow! I get to clean my house and make it pretty and presentable, and take my baby to a splash park so she can have some fun! :)
